Shannon Uleski has a diverse professional background that lead her to the dynamic Multi-Family Management industry. With over 20 years in Customer Service specializing in Fine Dining and Event Planning. Her responsibilities centered around creating culture, development and training, preserving brand integrity, driving sales and ensuring top notch customer experiences.
In 2013 while managing Ruth’s Chris Steak House Shannon was voted Restaurant Manager of the Year by the Greater Knoxville Hospitality Association and University of Tennessee. In addition, was the lead ambassador working to promote and better the community with organizations such as Children’s Hospital, TN River Rescue, KMA and Second Harvest Food Bank partnering with them in the creation of Knoxville Restaurant Week.
Shannon’s next adventure was rebranding, staffing and sales for Bridgewater Event Venue from the ground up. She hired and trained the sales team and event designers, created and designed the event rooms including the Grand Ballroom and a state-of-the-art kitchen with an in-house Executive and Sous Chef. Bridgewater is currently ranking as one of Knoxville’s premier event venues.
In 2018 Shannon joined the the Jake & Gino team as a Property Manager in North Knoxville. She was a natural to Property Management! Shannon’s exceptional customer service skills, superb business savvy, and refined management abilities propelled her to be a leader among her peers. She brings a fun-loving, wholehearted spirit to the Jake and Gino family of companies. Shannon, her husband and 2 beautiful daughters reside in Knoxville, Tennessee.
