He is also the co-host of the Jake & Gino Podcast, where he has interviewed operators and entrepreneurs about buying right and operating smart.
He lives with his wife Whitney and their three kids.

He owned an Italian restaurant for over twenty years, where he was affectionately known as the pizza guy. He met Jake in 2009, and the two purchased their first deal in 2013. In 2016 he left the restaurant to become a full-time multifamily investor.
He lives with his wife Julia and their six children.
