Nick is a partner at Quantum Capital and specializes in acquisitions and asset management with a portfolio in Los Angeles, CA and Austin, TX.

After spending over a decade in the automotive industry as a Shop Foreman/Master Technician for VW/Audi, Nick decided he had reached a breaking point. Fed up with the early morning commutes and 70-hour weeks, he decided to spend more time on his real estate portfolio. In 2018, after starting to explore multifamily, he reached out to Jake and Gino for guidance.

Since then he has closed over 200 units and $20M in apartment communities in Austin, TX, and now focuses on real estate full-time. He attributes his success to the power of hard work, accountability, mentorship, and surrounding yourself with motivated people who push you to the next level.
