What is Jake and Gino?

What started out as a conversation between friends has exploded into a thriving real estate investment business that continues to grow in size and profitability.

Jake and Gino are both experts in multifamily real estate investing and have achieved, in just a few years, the sort of financial freedom they always wanted but weren’t sure was possible.

And while a certain amount of timing, coincidence, and luck brought them together, this website will be your partner, bringing that same luck, and years of experience, right to you every step of the way.

Well… if a pizza guy and drug rep can do it, we know you can too! Unlike many Investing Consultants and so-called Business Coaches, Jake and Gino have done the work with the assets to back their success strategies while consistently reaching their goals. They are passionate about sharing their journey with you.

WHY LISTEN TO JAKE & GINO?
Multifaceted multifamily is a term that we created to describe the complimentary streams of revenue that we have established in our multifamily business. The key is that all of the revenue streams are complimentary, and they develop a symbiotic relationship amongst the businesses and strengthen each business.  These streams of income support and feed each other based on this harmonious relationship.  The first stream of revenue was an investment property, followed by the management company. As we continued to expand our portfolio, we decided to create the education platform Jake & Gino and the capital company Rand Capital.  Once we decided to syndicate properties, we launched Rand Partners. Rand Cares was developed as the philanthropic stream on the Rand family of companies.

Chris' Bio

A mechanical engineer by trade, I quickly realized that my W-2 job and 401K would not support the current and retirement lifestyle that I wanted. At the convincing by a friend I attended one of the guru seminars, here locally in Knoxville. I started purchasing single family rentals and doing flips 4 months after attending the seminar. In April of 2017 I was laid of from my corporate job of 12 years. At that moment I went all in to real estate investing by cashing in my 401K and stock options. In November of 2017 I attended the very first Jake n Gino live event in Knoxville. During the first day of the event I made the decision to focus on multifamily assets and sell all of my single family rentals. But I also still enjoy flipping houses. To date I have done 13 flips in 2 years. My goal for flips in 2019 was 12. I am currently at 6 in various stages.

Since October of 2018 I have become part owner on the GP side in 103 doors. One of my partners and I are currently pursuing over another 200 doors as we speak. I started a Multifamily meetup in Johnson City, TN in March of this year. With Johnson City being such a great market, I saw a need to bring other multifamily investors together there, to leverage the power of partnerships, the market, and capital.I thrive on inspiring and motivating others and living the Go-Giver attitude! I live each day with gratitude.
