Vince Gethings

Vince is the owner of Michigan based Villanautics, LLC, co-founder of Tri-City Equity Group, LLC, and the owner of Koala Insulation of Mid-Michigan, a twelve-territory home services franchise. Vince utilizes his 16 years of Air Force leadership experience as well as the countless professional development courses such as John Maxwell, Stephen Covey, and Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Courses to build high-performing teams and efficient systems and processes. In just 6 years, Vince has scaled from a $0 down VA home loan to 570 apartment units valued over $40M. He specializes in strategic planning, project and business plan development and execution. He recently held the positions of Career Assistance Advisor where he led the retention and professional development programs for 6,500 personnel, and Resource Advisor where he drafted and managed the operational funds and projects for a $1.4B enterprise. He is 6 credits shy for his Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautics, and currently holds a Green Belt in LEAN Six Sigma Process Improvement. Lastly, Vince is a licensed Michigan contractor and active member in the local HBA and ABC Associations as well as numerous local charities and nonprofits. Outside of his professional life, Vince is an active private pilot, enjoys traveling with his three children with his wife, Alyssa.
