Why Listen To Jake & Gino?
Multifaceted multifamily is a term that we created to describe the complimentary streams of revenue that we have established in our multifamily business. The key is that all of the revenue streams are complimentary, and they develop a symbiotic relationship amongst the businesses and strengthen each business. These streams of income support and feed each other based on this harmonious relationship. The first stream of revenue was an investment property, followed by the management company. As we continued to expand our portfolio, we decided to create the education platform Jake & Gino. Once we decided to syndicate properties, we launched Our Property Management Company. Our charitable arm was developed as the philanthropic stream on the PM family of companies.

Jake Stenziano
Jake Stenziano, MBA is the best-selling author of two books, Wheelbarrow Profits and The Honey Bee. He is the co-founder of Jake & Gino, the premier multifamily real estate education community focused on results & founded on values & the three pillars of sound apartment investing; Buy Right, Manage Right, and Finance Right®.
As a creator of the multifamily investing framework, Wheelbarrow Profits, Jake is a leading expert on investing in and management of the multifamily space and currently controls over $450,000,000 in assets under management.
Jake worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative with a Fortune 100 company, and was known as the drug rep. When he met Gino back in 2009, he decided to pursue multifamily investing, and they purchased their first deal in 2013. Jake was able to leave his sales job in 2014 to focus on growing the portfolio.
He currently resides in Knoxville, TN with his beautiful wife Whitney and their three children.
Gino Barbaro
Gino Barbaro is an investor, business owner, author and entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, he has grown his real estate portfolio to over 2,000 multifamily units & $450,000,000 in assets under management.
Gino owned an Italian restaurant for over twenty years, and was affectionately known as the pizza guy. He met Jake in 2009, and the duo purchased their first deal in 2013. Gino left the restaurant back in 2016 to become a full-time multifamily investor.
Gino and his partner, Jake, launched the Jake & Gino community back in 2016, the premier multifamily real estate educational community, to teach others how to invest in multifamily real estate.
He is the best-selling author of three books, Wheelbarrow Profits, The Honey Bee and Family, Food and the Friars. He currently resides in St. Augustine, Florida with his beautiful wife Julia and their six children.
