Why Listen To Jake & Gino?
Multifaceted multifamily is a term that we created to describe the complimentary streams of revenue that we have established in our multifamily business. The key is that all of the revenue streams are complimentary, and they develop a symbiotic relationship amongst the businesses and strengthen each business. These streams of income support and feed each other based on this harmonious relationship. The first stream of revenue was an investment property, followed by the management company. As we continued to expand our portfolio, we decided to create the education platform Jake & Gino. Once we decided to syndicate properties, we launched Our Property Management Company. Our charitable arm was developed as the philanthropic stream on the PM family of companies.

Jake Stenziano
Jake Stenziano is a multifamily real estate investor, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Jake & Gino, a community built to help everyday investors build lasting wealth through real estate. Since launching the Jake & Gino Podcast in 2016, Jake has interviewed hundreds of operators, thought leaders, and entrepreneurs, sharing real-world lessons on buying right, operating smart, and building scalable businesses. Today, Jake oversees a real estate portfolio with more than $450 million in assets under management, focused on acquiring and operating value-add multifamily properties. His passion is teaching practical frameworks that help investors take confident action and build long-term freedom. He currently resides in Knoxville, TN with his wife Whitney and their three kids.
Gino Barbaro
Gino Barbaro is an investor, business coach, author and entrepreneur. As a real estate investor, he has grown his real estate portfolio to over 2,000 multifamily units & $450,000,000 in assets under management.
Gino owned an Italian restaurant for over twenty years, and was affectionately known as the pizza guy. He met Jake in 2009, and the duo purchased their first deal in 2013. Gino left the restaurant back in 2016 to become a full-time multifamily investor.
Gino and his partner, Jake, launched the Jake & Gino podcast back in 2016, to teach others how to invest in multifamily real estate.
Gino is the best-selling author of Happy Money Happy Family Happy Legacy. He resides with his
beautiful wife Julia and their six children in St. Augustine, Florida.
